Business Development Contractor (BDC)

1099 Independent Contractor Commission-Based Remote — Florida Entry to Mid-Level

You are the engine of our business. As a Business Development Contractor, you will generate leads, qualify merchants, assist with funding applications, and guide clients through the process. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with unlimited earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to business owners and qualify prospects for funding
  • Build and manage a pipeline of merchants in our CRM
  • Assist clients with completing funding applications and document collection
  • Coordinate with Team Lead and management on submissions
  • Follow up on offers and close funded deals
  • Maintain compliance with all CSL policies and approved scripts

What We're Looking For

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills — you must be comfortable on the phone
  • Prior sales experience a plus, but not required — we train from zero
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Must have a working computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible to sign a 1099 agreement

Compensation

  • 50% of net commission on your first funded deal
  • 35% on company-provided leads thereafter
  • 45% on self-generated leads
  • Paid 31 days after funding, subject to clawback period

Sales Manager / Team Lead

1099 Independent Contractor Commission + Override Remote — Florida Experienced Candidates

Team Leads at Central Street Lending operate in a dual role — continuing individual production while managing, coaching, and overseeing an assigned team of Business Development Contractors. You earn your individual commissions plus override percentages on your entire team's funded volume.

What You'll Do

  • All BDC responsibilities (individual production)
  • Train, onboard, and coach assigned team members daily
  • Review calls, score performance, and provide structured feedback
  • Monitor team CRM activity and enforce compliance standards
  • Lead weekly team meetings and daily check-ins
  • Submit monthly performance reports to Company management
  • Escalate compliance issues and Team Member concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6+ months experience in business funding, sales management, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
  • Strong understanding of MCA, term loans, and commercial funding products
  • High personal production — Team Leads lead by example, not just from behind a desk
  • Excellent communication, organization, and accountability

Override Compensation

  • 10% override on all team funded deals (Standard tier)
  • 17.25% override when team closes 5+ deals/month (Silver tier)
  • 22.75% override when team closes 10+ deals/month (Gold tier)
  • Individual commissions same as BDC structure above

Merchant Processing Consultant

1099 Independent Contractor Commission-Based Remote — Florida Any Level

In partnership with Worldwide Merchant Services, we are expanding our merchant processing division. You will help businesses reduce payment processing costs — often saving them thousands per year — by switching to our low-rate platform. This is a relationship-based sales role with strong residual income potential.

What You'll Do

  • Identify businesses currently overpaying for payment processing
  • Request and analyze their current processing statements
  • Present customized savings analysis and WWMS solutions
  • Facilitate enrollment and onboarding with our processing partner
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and renewals

What We're Looking For

  • Strong consultative sales instincts — you listen before you pitch
  • Prior merchant services, B2B sales, or fintech experience a plus
  • Comfortable with numbers and able to explain savings clearly
  • Persistent and relationship-oriented — this is a longer sales cycle

Compensation

  • Upfront commission on new merchant enrollments
  • Residual income on processing volume — earn every month the merchant processes
  • Specific rates disclosed during onboarding conversation
